SERVPRO- especially Warren and Chris- quickly turned around a cleanup job for us in Benton City. They were professional and worked very hard to get us exactly what we wanted. They were honest and gave us the best recommendations and their thoughts on what to get done as fast as possible. I could not recommend them more! The other team members that were extremely helpful were Daniel and Leo and Melissa as their manager.

The SERVPRO team (led by Chris, Esmeralda, and Bethany) cannot be thanked enough for helping remove and clean up a family members hoard. And, it was bad. But, without criticism , judgment, or disrespect they went to work. They helped move my family member into assisted living (moving truck) and went back to the house to empty it completely. The clean out gave me the ability to focus on this person instead of the enormous task I felt so defeated by. Within 2 weeks this horrendous task was a memory. I cannot thank SERVPRO enough.
