They called me the next day with a name and telephone number to contact to file I am 77 yrs old and this was my first experience with something with this and I was over whelmed. My first contact people were Lynn and Melissa- from the first contact to the end everything went as smooth as silk. They followed through with clean up and repair of damaged walls. Lynn worked with the city insurance company and kept me appraised of what was happening. The best company I have dealt with in years.
