Mold Remediation

After visible surface mold began forming on interior walls, sheet rock, and molding in this Tri Cities Apartment, SERVPRO of Tri Cities West was called in to perform the remediation work once the mold source was found and eliminated.

In this case a long-term undetected clogged Air conditioner  caused significant moisture damage. The project required some demo work, and mold elimination/cleaning and sanitization of the affected structural surfaces. During initial demo work, visible mold was also found hidden behind the sheet rock walls and ceilings. 

During the cleaning process dehumidifiers were used to dry-out the space, along with anti-microbial agents, and negative air fans/air scrubbers.
