2 Story Duplex flood

This is a 2 story Duplex that had a water damage on the top floor due to pipe bursting in the attic. The majority of the home was affected. The bottom floor had the most damage due tot he water coming from above. It was a complete gut and re model. This home is located in Othello Washington so the restoration took some time since this was a drive for us. We really enjoy the outcome of how nice everything looked at the end. What a reward to see all of the hard work come to an end with a happy customer!
